Experienced Carpenter – Outdoor Renovations

Our projects include structural timber and composite decking, insulated and architectural pergolas, tiled alfresco areas, privacy screens, stairs, balustrades and complete outdoor living transformations.

We are a small, professional team focused on quality, standards and long-term reputation.

We are seeking an experienced carpenter who can operate confidently and autonomously on residential renovation projects.

The Role

This is a hands-on carpentry role for someone capable of stepping onto site and contributing immediately.

You will:

• Interpret plans and set out accurately

• Construct structural framing, decking systems and pergola structures

• Deliver detailed finishing work to a high standard

• Work independently and efficiently without requiring supervision

• Maintain organised, professional job sites

• Identify construction issues early and raise them with the builder

  
  

You will work within a small team, but you must be comfortable managing your own workflow and maintaining standards.

About You

This role suits a capable, experienced residential carpenter who:

• Holds a Certificate III in Carpentry

• Has 5+ years post-trade experience

• Has experience in outdoor renovation works (decks, pergolas, structural alterations, alfresco areas)

• Can read and execute plans independently

• Takes ownership of workmanship and site standards

  
  

This role requires a tradesperson who is already confident working autonomously and running jobs independently. It is not suited to someone looking to step up into their first autonomous position.
